Pet Policy
We welcome your furry friends to Adair off Addison and even offer a pet spa and an off-leash park to keep your pet friends looking and feeling fine. We welcome two pets maximum in each of our upscale apartments in Far North Dallas, with an initial pet fee of $350 per pet. Our monthly pet fee for both cats and dogs is $25 per pet.
